No need to stress about attire—it's casual! Just come and unwind with us. Show off your Panther pride in your Holy Family spirit wear or just stick to the black and gold theme. Will there be assigned seating? There won't be assigned seating, so feel free to mingle and get friendly with new people. Though some tables will be reserved for sponsors, all other seating is open. Each table seats 8 guests. Which forms of payment will be accepted?
Yes! Cash will be needed for Night at the Races, Sideboards, and Heads or Tails Necklace Game. Bets for Night at the Races are $2 each(you can place as many bets as you like), Sideboards options are between $2 and $10 each, and for the Heads or Tales Necklace Game it is $5 for the first necklace, $10 for second necklace. What activities can we look forward to at the event? Reverse Raffle: *Included in ticket purchase.* A reverse raffle is a twist on the traditional raffle. Instead of the first ticket drawn being the winner, the last ticket drawn wins. It adds an extra layer of excitement as participants watch their chances narrow down until the very end. Perfect for keeping everyone on the edge of their seats! Winner must be present. Heads or Tails Necklace Game: Join the fun with our Heads or Tails Necklace Game! Participants will purchase a necklace or two to enter the game. During the event, players will guess the outcome of a coin flip by placing their hands on their heads or tails. Those who guess correctly stay in the game, while others are eliminated. The last person standing splits the pot with Holy Family School! Don't miss out o the chance to play and win! Sideboards: Similar to a 50/50 raffle, side boards are rows of numbered tickets on a board. After the tickets have been sold, a winning number is picked. Winners receive 50% of the value of the board. Various denominations and side board games will be set up throughout the event. Winners must be present. Night at the Races Auction Race: Featuring an auction race for the 10th race. Night at the races is an event that brings the excitement of horse racing to an indoor setting. Participants can place "bets" on prerecorded horse races, cheer for their chosen horses, and enjoy the thrill of watching the races unfold on big screens. The 10th race will be an auction race, where Father Mike will auction off each horse live. Whoever wins the auction for the winning horse will receive a 50/50 split of all auction bids collected and a *special* prize. Paddle Raise: The paddle raise is a live fundraising opportunity where you can make direct contribution to support Holy Family School. Following the Class Gifts Live Auction, raise your paddles at designated giving levels to pledge donations, making an immediate and impactful difference. Every contribution helps Holy Family School reach our fundraising goal. This will be orchestrated. by Father Mike! Live Auction (Class Gifts): The class gifts will be auctioned off under Father Mikes direction after Night at the Races. Silent Auctions: Teacher experiences, hallway signs, prime parking spot, baskets, and much more. Winners will be declared at 9:45 PM. The auctions will be done on pen and paper during the event. Where are the proceeds from Main Event going? The fundraising efforts for Main Event 2025 will directly support vital school security enhancement projects, ensuring a safer environment for our students, staff, and families. Your contribution will help fund important upgrades that prioritize the well-being of our school community. |
