TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ticket Purchase and Entry
- All attendees must purchase a valid ticket to enter The Main Event 2025.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Attendees must present their ticket upon entry to the event. This can be shown on your smartphone or as a printed copy, but it must be scannable.
- NO outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will be reviewed by the administration, who reserve the right to remove any attendee for any reason.
- Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in the auctions and raffles.
- Bids placed in the auction are binding, and winning bidders must make payment in full. Additionally, all winning items must be collected and taken home before leaving the event.
- The reverse raffle prize of $500 is included in the ticket price. The winner must be present to claim the prize.
- Cash is the only acceptable payment for the Night at the Races, sideboards, and other featured games
- Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments are the only methods of payment for auction items and paddle raise contributions.
- Holy Family School and the event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Attendees are encouraged to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided by the event organizers.
- By attending The Main Event 2025, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- Images and videos captured at the event may be utilized by Holy Family School, Holy Family Parish, or their affiliates for marketing and publicity purposes without compensation.
- The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or program as necessary.
- By attending The Main Event 2025, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
